These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Paragon Society to its Members. By applying for or continuing your Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions
Member: A person or entity accepted as a member of Paragon Society.
Membership: The status granted to an individual or entity upon approval, allowing access to concierge services.
Services: All lifestyle and concierge services provided by Paragon Society.
Supplier: Any third-party service provider or vendor arranged through Paragon Society.
Request: Any service inquiry or task submitted by a Member.
Joining Fee: One-time fee payable upon acceptance.
Membership Fees: Annual or monthly fees payable for ongoing access to Services.
Payment Card: Any debit, credit card or payment method authorised by the Member for transactions.

2. Membership Applications & Card
- All applications are subject to approval by Paragon Society.
- Members must provide accurate, up-to-date personal information.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- Members are responsible for the confidentiality of their login and membership data.

3. Fees, Renewals & Cancellations
- Membership and Joining Fees are disclosed prior to confirmation.
- Fees are non-refundable, except during the 14-day cancellation window.
- Members may cancel within 14 days of approval for a pro-rated refund.
- Annual renewals are automatic unless written notice is received 30 days before the renewal date.
- Paragon Society may cancel or suspend Membership at its discretion.

4. Services
- Paragon Society acts as an intermediary and is not the final provider of services.
- We will endeavour to fulfill Requests but make no guarantees on availability.
- Services will not be provided that violate applicable laws, standards, or decency.
- Members agree to timely payment and acceptance of Supplier terms.

5. Requests & Bookings
- Requests may be submitted via email, phone, or designated platforms.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel requests.
- Any applicable service or handling fees will be disclosed in advance.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
- Paragon Society is not responsible for the return policies of third-party Suppliers.
- Members are advised to familiarise themselves with Supplier cancellation and refund terms.
- Custom duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Member.

7. Third-Party Suppliers
- Contracts for goods or services lie directly between the Member and the Supplier.
- Paragon Society is not liable for performance, delivery, or warranty of goods/services.

8. Digital Platforms
- Usage data may be collected to personalise services.
- Login credentials are confidential and for the Member’s use only.

9. Limitation of Liability
- Paragon Society is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Membership during the current term.

10. Termination
- These Terms remain in force for the duration of your Membership.
- Termination may occur for misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.

11. General
- No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by this agreement.
- Paragon Society may amend these Terms with notice.
- Members may not assign or transfer Membership without consent.
